Techflows GmbH, Canton of Zug, Switzerland, operating Centaurs Capital, processes account email, profile name, broker selection, broker-registration email, deposit screenshots, and versioned acceptance records (typed name, email, acknowledgments and acceptance time) to operate the portal and document agreements. Brokerage login credentials are not collected by this portal.

Account and acceptance data are stored using Lovable Cloud. When you choose to connect, you leave this portal for MetaCopier, which processes connection data under its own privacy notice. Your broker separately processes account and trading information.

Deposit screenshots are stored privately and reviewed by authorised administrators for onboarding. Do not upload account passwords, MT5 credentials or unnecessary sensitive information.

Access to acceptance records is restricted to their account owner and authorised operational access. Data is retained only as needed for the service and applicable legal obligations. Exact retention periods, controller contact details, applicable processing grounds, international-transfer safeguards and processor details must be completed and reviewed before production use.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion and exercise applicable rights under the Swiss FADP and, where applicable, EU GDPR.
